The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll architect the web experiences that power our end-to-end healthcare platform. You'll:

Build intuitive patient/provider interfaces handling thousands of daily interactions
Lead technical design for features spanning telehealth, pharmacy, and lab services
Optimize performance for users across diverse connectivity environments
Mentor engineers in accessibility, scalability, and healthcare-specific best practices

What You'll Build

Telemedicine workflows serving 98% of primary care deserts
Prescription management systems with real-time pharmacy integration
Data-driven care platforms that evolve with patient needs
Compliance-conscious features meeting 50-state regulations

Tech Stack & Requirements

Frontend: React, TypeScript (performance optimization expertise)
Backend: Python (Django/Flask preferred), node.js
Experience: 5+ years shipping production web applications
Mindset: Product-oriented engineer passionate about healthcare equity
