About the Role:

Join our Machine Learning Engineering team to power hyper-personalized experiences for hundreds of millions of users worldwide. As an early hire, youll build advanced ML models predicting customer behavior in real time, enabling dynamic shopping experiences. Youll collaborate with top-tier engineers in a high-growth, high-impact environment, directly shaping our platforms future. What Youll Accomplish:

• Design, build, and deploy ML models that personalize content, timing, and engagement across our platform.
• Champion robustness: Architect systems prioritizing quality, proactively prevent regressions, and advocate for scalable testing.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to implement end-to-end ML solutions.
• Elevate technical standards: Lead long-term improvements to infrastructure, data pipelines, and model lifecycle.
• Thrive in our fast-paced, high-impact culturedelivering solutions that directly influence customer success.

Your Expertise:

• 6+ years building production ML systems, with deep experience owning systems end-to-end (including long-term impact decisions).
• Technical Mastery: Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, XGBoost, pandas, and SQL/Spark for large-scale data.
• Proven Track Record:
• Developed scalable ML products leveraging data analysis and modern research.
• Automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and deployment.
• Leadership: Exceptional collaborator and communicator; adept at guiding cross-functional teams.
• Mindset: Self-driven, pragmatic, and passionate about high-velocity startup environments.

Our Tech Stack:

• ML: Python, Metaflow, HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas.
• Infra: Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Istio, Terraform, Helm, Datadog.
• Backend: Java/Spring Boot, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Airflow, Postgres, Redis.
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Vite.
