Prior to co-founding HiCounselor, Aditya worked for Deloitte and PwC leading clients' digital transformation projects for some of the most prestigious clients in the cosmetic,... entertainment and healthcare industry. Aditya earned a Master of Engineering Management from Duke and a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology in India.

Rani Haroune

Co-founder

Rani is the President and Co-Founder of HiCounselor. Prior to HiCounselor, Rani served as a technology executive and a Workforce Management industry expert advising and building technology solutions for most Fortune 500 companies around the globe. Business Operations Head (India)

Dr Amit Kumar Lal leads and oversees the strategic operations at HiCounselor as its Head of Business Operations (India). He also plays an integral role in the Curriculum Development as well as the 6-weeks training program that HiCounselor is renowned for. With over a decade’s experience in management education and imparting knowledge at the UG, ...PG and Doctoral level, Dr Amit has a huge fan following of over 70,000 students and professionals on different online platforms. He is the co-founder of Skillics Learning Solutions and had earlier worked with EQS (USA) as its Business Analyst. He holds a doctorate from Dr B R Ambedkar NIT Jalandhar, India along with various certifications in Marketing & Data Analytics from the Wharton Business School, University of Maryland and John Hopkins University. Ruchika Chandel

Senior Manager

Ruchika oversees and manages the email outreach and job search teams. She ensures our candidates have the best chance of success by preparing their profiles for automated job searches and applications. With the ability to customize the job search tool to meet individual needs, her team performs regular health checks to ensure our processes are on track.... In addition to managing teams, she collaborates with the technical team to improve the functionality and efficiency of our automated tools, striving for excellence in everything we do. She is passionate about mentoring and developing with others. She also lends her expertise to our fantastic customer success team. She is a huge anime fan and a staunch animal lover, she loves to cuddle dogs and believes these lovely beings are God’s greatest blessing to mankind.
