What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage with stakeholders at all levels through exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Analyze and document business processes to identify gaps and drive improvements for scalability and efficiency
Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable solutions
Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge
Communicate project progress and challenges to management in a clear, consistent, and timely manner
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Advanced proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including process mapping and requirements documentation
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to think critically and strategically
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with business analysis and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering results within established timelines
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of best practices in business analysis
Broad understanding of key business functions, including Sales, Project Management, and Finance
Willingness to learn new concepts and technologies and share knowledge with IT team members
