Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce / Data Cloud) - Contract to Hire - 100% Remote

Optomi, in partnership with a Fortune 200 global hospitality company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to help spin up a brand-new team focused on Salesforce AI solutions. This is a high-impact role supporting the buildout of functionality around Salesforces newest AI offerings, Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud. We are looking for strong Salesforce developers with a passion for AI technologies and a desire to work at the forefront of innovation. There are multiple openings for this role!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and implementing solutions using Agentforce, Agent Studio, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Working alongside a newly-formed team of developers and testers dedicated exclusively to Salesforce AI initiatives.
  • Building AI-driven workflows and integrating Salesforce Data Cloud for intelligent, data-powered solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless functionality, security, and scalability.
  • Participating in technical design sessions, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or Agent Studio (Einstein Copilot) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AI tools and how they interact with Data Cloud, CRM data, and external datasets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, newly forming team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a builder mentality, and excellent communication abilities.

Highly Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce security reviews and data governance best practices (especially related to Data Cloud integrations).
  • Prior work in AI/ML-related Salesforce initiatives.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Platform Developer I/II are a major plus.
