Responsibilities
- Develop multi-cloud solutions to enhance service reliability for Exadata across platforms including OCI, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Build AI-assisted tools to improve service reliability, development productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Work with internal and external teams to design, migrate, and re-architect services, ensuring the highest reliability.
- Reduce manual overhead with automation and scripting for cloud deployments.
- Ensure cloud architectures are secure, high-performing, and cost-efficient.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments.
- Develop internal applications to enhance productivity and service reliability.
- Convert technical requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Maintain reliability of cloud solutions and operations.
- Keep up with new AI technologies and cloud computing trends.
- Share expertise in cloud services, gather stakeholder requirements, and apply best practices with emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2+ years developing service reliability solutions on cloud platforms.
- Proficient in Python, Java, and other scripting languages.
- Experience in developing agentic AI tools to improve team productivity.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and troubleshooting; experience with CI/CD tools (Terraform, Docker, GitHub, Jira, Swagger, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-based tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database, Storage, and Linux fundamentals.
- Understanding of VCN, Ethernet, RoCE, TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
