Were seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer AI Trainer to contribute to the evolution of AI-assisted application development. In this role, youll combine your technical expertise in full-stack engineering with your understanding of AI evaluation and process design to build datasets, frameworks, and benchmarks that drive automation and enhance software quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and assess full-stack applications to support AI-driven app generation.
  • Design evaluation rubrics and benchmarking systems for AI-generated code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workflows, technical requirements, and best practices.
  • Analyze AI outputs to identify improvement opportunities and guide optimization.
  • Document technical standards and communicate findings effectively across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack enterprise application development (front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases).
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and AI-assisted coding workflows.
  • Experience developing technical rubrics, test cases, or evaluation frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI dataset creation, benchmarking, or software automation.
  • Background in product consulting or business process analysis.
