Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Business Analyst/Tester in Miami Lakes, FL.Summary:As a Junior Business Analyst/Tester, you will work on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change. Projects vary greatly in scope and complexity requiring employee to perform various functions from defining requirements, troubleshooting, test development and execution to project management. The position responsibilities will require the candidate to become a subject matter expert in all billing options to effectively support the operation and projects, and ensure we continue to provide seamless experiences for our customers.Duties:* Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications; This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing* Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis* Ensure all processes are well documented* Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyzes and determines failure points in the solution* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed* Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
