Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
5 years of experience in Workday module configurations or integrations in one or more: Human Capital Management core, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Time & Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation modules.
3 years of experience in Workday Studio, Reports As A Service, Core/Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, and Calculated Fields.
Experience creating and consuming XML-based web services.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Workday Partner/Pro certification preferred.
3 years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills.
Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
Experience in design thinking, user-centered design, human-centered design.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop Workday integrations between new and existing systems, both internal and external.
Support integrations, configuration, and related workflow solutions for Workday.
Deliver ongoing support for integrations, including testing during Workday releases.
Lead and perform the design, program, test, implementation, and documentation of complex computing applications and software.
Gather and evaluate end-user requirements.
Work directly with business, functional, and technical teams to assess Workday integration needs and best practices.
Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business processes.
