Rate Range: Up to$92.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:
5+ years of Product Management experience
Title management and planning experience
Media supply chain experience
Strong understanding of publishing workflows
Experience writing and prioritizing user stories
Familiarity with Agile processes and tools
Strong technical writing skills
Responsibilities:
Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications
Align cross-functional teams on product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Document workflows using structured product frameworks such as journey maps, flows, and information architecture
Manage and prioritize the product backlog with transparent and justified decisions
Lead business partner discussions and provide alternative solutions aligned with product strategy
Support process alignment, standardization, and operational improvements
Guide teams in crafting and validating product solutions, including defining minimum viable product slices
Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Define UAT scripts and coordinate major product releases
Own system processes, user guides, and training materials
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and program management to streamline features and improve business processes
Support product strategy and execution for initiatives across the publishing business
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technology-related field
Strong product understanding and platform familiarity
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing abilities
Skilled in research and deriving actionable insights
Experience facilitating workshops and driving alignment across teams
Understanding of development methodologies and tools
Experience incorporating data analytics into product solutions
Preferred: Experience with Jira, Confluence, media and entertainment workflows, or digital publishing processes
