This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and influence the digital footprint of a forward-thinking company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of live projects.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, SCSS, and PHP, with experience working in WordPress-heavy environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Vue.js or React.js, demonstrating the ability to lead UI/UX implementation independently.
  • Knowledge of scalable front-end architecture, performance optimization, and best practices for accessibility and responsiveness.
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity, with a passion for creating exceptional websites.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain websites of varying complexity, ensuring they are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility.
  • Take ownership of UI/UX planning and execution, making informed design decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Implement custom themes from scratch, moving beyond standard themes provided by site-building tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly to ensure seamless site operation.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, codebase, and architectural improvements to enhance development processes.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and technical writers to produce cohesive and high-quality web products.
  • Maintain clear communication channels within the team, supporting company objectives and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
