Your Mission

Help launch new products and services from the ground up Optimize and iterate on existing offerings based on data and feedback Manage tools like our CRM, email marketing system, internal dashboards Run outreach campaigns—emailing, calling, and engaging potential partners or users Work with product, design, and engineering to improve the user experience Own the day-to-day ops behind our business expansion strategy

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in business operations, growth, product, or strategy
Strong with tools like Tableau, Excel, Mailchimp, or similar platforms for analytics, reporting, and campaign execution.
Comfortable wearing many hats and moving between product and operations
Strong written and verbal communication—you’re just as good on the phone as you are in an email
Comfortable in fast-moving environments and figuring things out as you go
Bonus: experience in startups, marketplaces, or legal/mobility tech
