What You Will Be Doing

Youth Program Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Inspire, mentor, and guide gifted students through an innovative and accelerated educational path, enabling them to complete high school by the 8th grade.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven academic excellence, such as National Merit or Presidential Scholar accolades, academic Olympiad placements, prestigious scholarships, or dual enrollment.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or educational roles.
  • Skillful in using generative AI for personal or professional applications.
  • Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Commitment to working in-person in Austin, TX.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
