What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Elicit and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements across state agencies
Analyze existing grant-related processes and tools to identify standardization opportunities
Translate complex requirements into clear process flows, user stories, and documentation
Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors
Support change management and user adoption by assessing and defining process flows
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7 years of business analysis experience with large-scale technology implementations
Required experience with public sector grants processes, including application, review, and reporting
Proven track record of implementing standardized enterprise solutions across diverse systems
Experience coordinating across multiple government agencies or large stakeholder groups
Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills with expertise in business analysis tools
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with vendor-driven solutions, including evaluating functionality and customization options
Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and drive consensus among stakeholders
High level of initiative, ownership, and organizational skills
Expertise in various business analysis tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence
