What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and conduct requirements gathering sessions
Translate business needs into detailed business requirements documents, including use cases and process flows
Communicate effectively with technical staff and business users to ensure alignment
Assist in creating technical design documents for large change requests (CRs)
Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Located in the Eastern or Central time zone
3+ years of experience in the technology field
3+ years of experience as a Functional, Data, or Business Analyst
3+ years of customer interfacing experience, including project oversight and presentations
Must be a US citizen or have a green card due to client security clearance requirements
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with POS development for counters, kiosks, or handheld devices
Familiarity with mailing processes
Technical knowledge or experience in data-driven UI architecture
Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies
