What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and develop systems including operational requirements and infrastructure setup in an Agile software development environment
Research and learn new technologies, producing proof of concepts using AI-related APIs, tools, and AWS services
Troubleshoot high-priority production support issues and formulate timely solutions
Develop processes to enhance operational robustness, including code refactoring and performance tuning
Analyze existing systems and create technical documentation
What Is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of solid hands-on software development experience, including system installation and production support
Proven strength in coding foundations, particularly in OOP, Python, and application development
Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence methodologies and hands-on experience with AI-related APIs and tools, especially Open AI solutions
Strong experience with LangChain frameworks and chatbot development using Agent/Tools and RAG Applications
Thorough understanding of AWS technologies, website development, data management, and data security
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Hands-on experience with Pinecone Vector database
Prior experience in the financial industry or quantitative technical analysis
Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React
Experience with SQL
