Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP to support process optimization, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. This role acts as a key link between business teams and technical stakeholders to maximize ERP effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business units to capture operational needs and translate them into functional ERP requirements.
  • Analyze and improve business processes using SyteLine capabilities.
  • Configure SyteLine modules and provide ongoing user support.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, and training materials.
  • Create test cases and coordinate UAT to ensure system changes meet business needs.
  • Assist with user training and support ERP adoption across departments.
  • Partner with IT, finance, operations, and other teams to align ERP solutions with business objectives.
  • Leverage SyteLine reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 35 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SyteLine modules such as Inventory, Production, Order Management, and Financials.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Infor BI).


Compensation: $50-60/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
