Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Lean and Analytics CoE to drive our RPA program in Consumer and OEM Manufacturing (Robotized Process Automation) in Pia.

As a Project Manager youll be responsible for implementing BOTs in our Manufacturing processes to increase operational efficiency. As a project manager you not only lead the project, you also develop and maintain the BOTs.

You will work within a global team, with manufacturing locations across the globe.
You will lead automation projects implementing BOTs where needed as part of our RPA program
You will design, develop, built, pilot, implement and maintain the BOTs yourself, in close cooperation with the manufacturing team and the central Signify RPA team
You identify new opportunities where RPA can be applied
Together we drive our vision towards Industry 4.0 connected manufacturing
You have a background in automation and/or a college degree in that area
Have a proven track record in RPA / BOT development and implemntation
Dare to challenge the status quo and have a can do mentality
Good communicator and ability to lead (global) project teams
Affinity with manufacturing and a desire to understand the processes or physics that you automate with RPA and BOTs
