About the Role

We are hiring an early Software Engineer for one of our clients to help define the technical direction and build the first version of a new 01 product. Youll work hands-on across the stack, deliver high-quality UI/UX, and collaborate directly with early customers and users. As the product scales, you will own and lead the architectural roadmap and play a key role in shaping the engineering and product team.

What Youll Accomplish in the First 12 Months

  • Build and deliver early versions of the platform, including pilots with initial customers
  • Collaborate on product strategy and the evolution of the business
  • Influence feature design and define long-term technical direction aligned with best practices
  • Design and implement integrations with external APIs, partners, and cloud infrastructure
  • Build scrappy, high-impact solutions to validate customer value, then re-architect for scalable growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a product-minded software engineer
  • Strong technical fundamentals; background with top-tier startups or top academic programs preferred
  • Hands-on experience building 01 products with strong UI/UX focus
  • U.S. citizens or green card holders only (visa sponsorship not available)

Compensation

  • Salary: $150K$195K
  • Equity: Extremely competitive
