Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (Hybrid - St. Paul, MN)
Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid Onsite once a week for local candidates)

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with 8+ years of total development experience and at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in .NET technologies to support mission-critical rider information tools. This includes online trip planning, real-time tracking, service alerts, internal staff tools, and more.
This is a hybrid role based in St. Paul, MN, with 1 day per week onsite preferred for local candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, and Azure cloud services.
- Build responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor.
- Integrate Azure-native services such as Functions, App Services, Event Grid, and Logic Apps.
- Write efficient SQL queries and use ORMs like Entity Framework for data access.
- Collaborate in Agile teams using Azure DevOps for sprint planning and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement unit testing using xUnit or NUnit.
- Ensure application health with Azure APM (Application Performance Monitoring).
- Optional: Work on API design, microservices, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- 8+ years of application development experience
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
- 5+ years of experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure
- Strong SQL & database modeling skills
- Proven DevOps and Agile project delivery experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate
- Knowledge of API design and microservices
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate)
