Job Overview:
Seeking experienced ERP Developers to support the implementation, integration, and support of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, particularly in the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. Candidates must be skilled in PeopleTools, data conversions, interface development, and working with large remote teams in an Agile or SDLC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and modify ERP applications, focusing on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- Develop using PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, COBOL, SQR)
- Build integrations using Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Perform data conversions and develop ETL processes from legacy systems to PeopleSoft
- Write complex SQL/PLSQL queries in Oracle and develop Linux shell scripts
- Work with AWE (Approval Workflow Engine) and create/maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in project lifecycle activities
- Support issue resolution, testing, and enhancements during and after implementation
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with:
- PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (Accounts Receivable and Billing)
- PeopleTools development (PeopleCode, AE, SQR, COBOL)
- Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, XML/JSON)
- Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Linux scripting
- AWE and SDLC process documentation
- Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
- Working in large, remote team settings using MS Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, Local)
- Knowledge of State of Texas CAPPS Financials system
- Experience with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP)
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, Scrum methodology, and STAT tool
