What Youll Work On

Design and build systems to ingest, organize, and retrieve hours of video & audio with minimal latency
Develop the core editing interface: intuitive, fast, and expressivewithout traditional timelines
Create smart tools that help users sort, cut, and remix footage creatively (no ML experience required, but welcome)
Work across front-end (React) and back-end (Node)
Optimize real-time performance across playback, rendering, and user interaction
Help shape engineering culture: code quality, tooling, reviews, and hiring
Our stack is Typescript, Node.js, Postgres, React

What to Expect

Full-time, in-person role based in New York City, we want to build shoulder to shoulder

Visa sponsorship available (STEM OPT, OPT, H1B, O1, E3)

Compensation: $120,000 $170,000 salary

Equity: 0.5% 2%

Relocation support available for candidates moving to NYC
