Role: Senior Salesforce Developer - CPQ & Sales, Services Cloud

Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ to join our growing team. This role is hands-on across the full SDLCincluding requirement grooming, design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and proven experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle development: requirement analysis, design, coding, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
• Perform Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Permission Sets) and map features to business requirements.
• Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, integration APIs (REST/SOAP), and JavaScript frameworks.
• Work hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, including product/rules configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, partner teams, and technical leadership to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Support CI/CD pipeline using DevOps tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, RLM, Artifactory, etc.
• Work with ALM tools including JIRA and Quality Center.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, optimizing performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in object-oriented development within SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Proven ability in Salesforce configuration, custom development, and grooming functional/technical requirements.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Java, HTML, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools: GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, RLM, SonarCube, Artifactory.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and delivery using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with JIRA and ALM Quality Center.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications
• Experience with declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder, Dynamic Forms)
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations with integrations
