The work:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CPQ professional to join our transformation team. In this role, you will analyze existing Salesforce solutions, design optimized architectures, and provide expert recommendations to enhance system performance and business value. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze client requirements and existing Salesforce implementations to identify improvement opportunities and craft customized business solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures and technical designs for Salesforce projects, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support and mentor team members, promoting best practices in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Recommend process and system enhancements to improve business efficiency and user experience.


  • Location Requirement: This role requires on-site presence at the local ATC office in Chesterbrook, PA 23 times per week.

    What you need:


  • Minimum 5 years experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)


  • Bonus points if you have:


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce Billing is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.


  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
