What You'll Build
Develop robust systems that coordinate multiple AI agents working together to complete complex insurance tasks.
Build services that reliably extract structured data from diverse insurance documents, including PDFs, images, and web forms.
Create efficient interfaces and workflows that allow our operations team to seamlessly take over when automation encounters edge cases or fails, ensuring consistent quality for customers.
Create comprehensive monitoring tools that provide visibility into automation processes and help identify failures before they impact customers.
Build connections with third-party systems and insurance platforms to extend our automation capabilities.
About You
2+ years of experience with backend, data pipelining, and infra with strong familiarity of Python
Has an irrationally high bar for shipping fast, enjoys breaking things
Hands-on experience with browser automation tools like Playwright/Cypress/Selenium (+ JS/Typescript)
Thrive in ambiguous environments, have high ownership and are not afraid to challenge the status quo
