Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong background in Oracle ERP (Oracle eBusiness Suite) to lead a large-scale program across both Business and IT stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for driving program governance, ensuring cross-functional alignment, managing timelines and deliverables, and serving as the central point of contact for program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program governance for Oracle ERP implementations and/or transformations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Business and IT to ensure alignment and program success
  • Develop and manage program plans, roadmaps, and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively
  • Communicate program status to executive leadership and steering committees
  • Oversee vendor coordination and integration efforts
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and scope

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10-15+ years of program management experience, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP (Oracle eBS)
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex enterprise programs
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP or other relevant certification is a plus

Preferred:

  • Located in or near Chicago
  • Experience with global ERP rollouts or multi-entity deployments
