Our client, a fast-growing healthcare technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Program Delivery Department, supporting Technology and Business Operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Hybrid (Texas residence required, Austin, TX preferred)

Candidates based in Austin: Hybrid 1 day per week onsite.
Candidates based in Austin: Hybrid 1 day per week onsite.

Whats the Job?

(Max of 5 responsibilities)

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic healthcare technology projects

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., TPA partners)

• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure successful implementation

• Track milestones, risks, issues, and maintain regular project communications

• Facilitate UAT, feature sign-offs, and operational hand-offs

Whats Needed?

(Max of 5 requirements)

• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare industry

• Experience with health plans, TPAs, and claims/benefits systems

• Proficiency with project tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
