Job Description

Requirement: Anywhere in US and remote is accepted || Skill #1 - Experience in XML, SQL, Rest APIs || Skill #2 - Experience with end-to-end financial processes P2P, O2C & R2R and Financial Period closure processes.

Deltek Maconomy Extender certified | Experience in JavaScript, Java, Mscript (proprietary language) for technical candidates. | Fundamental understanding of in GL, AP, AR, FA of ERP Functions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Maconomy Extender (JavaScript-based scripting platform).
  • Customize Maconomy forms, workflows, and user interface to align with business processes.
  • Integrate Maconomy with third-party systems using APIs, Extender scripts, or custom connectors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Extender framework and core Maconomy functionality.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure developed solutions are aligned with best practices, security, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and change control processes.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing customizations.
  • Stay current with updates in Deltek Maconomy and related tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Deltek Maconomy, especially the Extender development environment.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and familiarity with Maconomys scripting conventions.
  • Experience with ERP system customization and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of financial or project-based accounting systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Maconomys database schema and backend components.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
