This is a CoffeeSpace Partner Role we work with select early-stage founders building ambitious, category-defining companies. We help them find their foundational hires through a mix of deep search, outbound, and semantic matching.

This particular role is with Humeo, a San Franciscobased AI product lab building the next interface of creative expression.

Humeo is building new interfaces for creation and expression in an AI-native world.

Today, less than 5% of the worlds 5.2B social media users create regularly not because they lack expertise, but because creation is still time-consuming, high-friction, and mentally demanding. Meanwhile, short-form video dominates attention.

Humeo believes AI can close this gap.

Humeo is the blend of media DNA AI engineering cultural insight grounded in Josephs velocity and maker energy.

You'll build across the entire product surface, from mobile capture to editing pipelines to the orchestration layer connecting it all. This role pairs directly with the founders and touches UI, backend, infra, and AI systems whenever the work demands it.

• Build across the entire product: web app (Next.js), mobile app (React Native), admin tools, pricing flows, and dashboards.
• Ship real features fast: multi-agent orchestration, FFmpeg video stitching, Remotion pipelines, and LLM/VLM integrations.
• Architect systems that don't fall over when we hit one million users in a day.
• Work directly with founders on product decisions, UX flows, and technical direction.
• Dive into anything that moves the product forward UI, backend, infra, orchestration, computer vision, ML, or devops.
• Own problems end-to-end without waiting for permission or detailed instructions.

• Work fast, care deeply, and take extreme ownership.
• Bias toward action and learning you figure things out quickly and hate waiting.
• Can move between frontend, backend, and light infrastructure without drama.
• Velocity > experience - Even if you have 13 years experience, you are perfect if youre hungry and have shipped AI products.
• Communicate clearly and hit deadlines (or flag issues early).
• Want to build a rocketship in person with the founders, not a cozy nine-to-five.

Base Salary: $150,000$200,000

Equity: Meaningful early ownership (stock options / RSUs)

We target a total compensation range of $200,000$250,000 (base + equity). Our equity packages are designed to offer significant long-term value and align incentives with company growth. Specific grant details will be discussed during the interview process and calibrated to experience, impact, and role scope.
