Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Mid-Tier Java Developer with strong expertise in developing scalable REST microservices using Spring Boot and AWS. The ideal candidate will be a local resource available for onsite work from Day 1 and comfortable with an in-person interview in Malvern, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
Deploy and maintain services in AWS cloud (Lambda, Glue, DynamoDB)
Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and product teams
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning
Ensure code quality, security, and scalability
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Java development experience
Strong experience with REST API design and Spring Boot framework
Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Lambda, Glue, and DynamoDB
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes a plus)
