We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Sr, Business Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, as well as assist in the implementation and monitoring of various business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product team to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis and perform research to support business decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and documentation of business processes, workflows, and system specifications.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and proposing solutions.
• Help facilitate communication between different stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management.
• Support the testing and implementation of new business systems or enhancements, ensuring they meet the specified requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Assist Product team with research initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4-6 years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence).
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional, asynchronous team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bonus Qualifications:

• SAFe (Scale Agile Framework) knowledge
• Travel industry (airlines, hotels, rental-cars, etc) or related knowledge/experience
• Payment / Blockchain services knowledge/experience
• Experience working for a startup
• Working knowledge of Rest APIs, web services, webhooks, system architecture and user management.
• Advanced SQL Knowledge
