TITLE:Software Engineer II -ServiceNow

EMPLOYER:AmergisHealthcare Staffing, Inc.

DUTIES:Work withvarious ServiceNow technologies including Custom Applications, Workflows,Integration, configuration, Customization, Orchestration. Maintain ServiceNowworkflows and records creation methods. Implement vendor plug-ins from theServiceNow Store. Participate in new development, modification of thefront-end, business logic, and integrate with Web API/Web services. Providesupport, maintain and improve existing applications. Contribute torequirements-gathering and technical design of applications. Troubleshoot andsolve problems as necessary. Follow source code and project tracking usingServiceNow, MS Team Foundation Server or GIT. Adhere to the Companys design,development, test, implementation, and maintenance standards. Participate inproject status meetings, as required, and provide project status updates. Coachand mentor junior development team members in design, coding, continuousintegration, and agile development methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, ITManagement or a related field and 2 years as ServiceNow Developer, SoftwareEngineer, or in IT. In the alternative,Bachelorsdegree or equivalent in Computer Science,IT Management or a relatedfield and 4 years as ServiceNow Developer, Software Engineer, or in IT. Prior experience must include: Testingterminology; experience with ServiceNow, JavaScript and object-oriented designprinciples; relational database skills using SQL Server, report developmentusing ServiceNow, and Windows Server; Experience with consuming APIs andWebservices; TSQL programming; and Software engineering best practices for thefull software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews,source control management, build processes, testing and operations. ServiceNowApplication Developer or Administrator certification required.
