Key Responsibilities

• Support maintenance reliability for all machining assets (not limited to a single machine).
• Use the Lumin software to manage maintenance processes, submit work orders, and extract maintenance data (symptoms, root cause, actions, etc.).
• Perform data analysis on maintenance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Key skill
• Lead projects independently (black belt level experience preferred).
• Use Power BI to visualize data, create graphs, trends, and KPIs for analysis and reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable insights for maintenance issues.
• Prioritize work across multiple assets based on business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Maintenance Reliability: Strong background in maintenance, with hands-on experience in data analysis and reliability improvement.
• Lumin Software: Experience preferred, but trainable for candidates with strong maintenance backgrounds.
• Power BI: Proficiency in using Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Root Cause Analysis: Proven ability to analyze maintenance data and identify root causes.
• Six Sigma Black Belt: Certification is preferred for leading initiatives, but candidates with strong analytical and project leadership skills will be considered.
• Education & Experience:
• Bachelors degree with 10+ years of experience
• Masters degree with 5+ years of experience
• Associates degree with Black Belt certification and 15+ years of experience

Other Considerations

• CNC experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Candidates with maintenance manager or quality manager backgrounds are welcome if they have hands-on experience in maintenance and data analysis.
• Open to candidates willing to relocate to Lafayette, Indiana at their own expense.
• Interviews will be conducted virtually.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
