TPG is hiring a Guidewire Billing Center Developer to support a leading insurance company undergoing a digital transformation. This role will join a close-knit Guidewire team focused on standing up new product lines and enhancing Billing Center functionality within a growing, Agile-based environment.

Bachelors degree required; Computer Science degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of programming experience, with a focus on Guidewire applications
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud, ideally Billing Center
Intermediate knowledge of:
Gosu language, Guidewire rules engine, and PCF configuration
Guidewire integrations, plug-in development, and data modeling
Working knowledge of:
Core Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL
Spring, JEE, or similar enterprise frameworks
SOAP, REST, XML/JSON, JDBC, and Hibernate
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Guidewire Associate Certification required
Guidewire Specialist Certification
Experience supporting transitions from legacy billing platforms to Billing Center
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Mentoring and peer coaching experience
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze and translate requirements into application features
Develop, test, and document high-quality Guidewire solutions using published standards
Support product line stand-ups on Billing Center currently running on legacy systems
Participate in system architecture design, documentation, and review
Provide on-call support for production systems during off-hours
Conduct production reviews, incident resolution, and performance tuning
Serve as a mentor and review the work of junior developers
