We are seeking a skilled and driven Data Analyst to help transform data into actionable insights across the organization.
Position Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making across multiple departments - operations, sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, finding patterns, and helping teams use data to drive efficiency, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Youll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build reports, analyze trends, and provide insights that directly impact business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Extract, clean, and organize data from systems such as CRM, ERP (Kinetic), proprietary dashboards, Google Analytics, and internal tracking tools.
Assist marketing and commercial teams by measuring campaign or event performance when applicable.
Conduct competitive analysis and industry research in aerospace, medical device, and manufacturing sectors.
Support sales, operations, and product development with data insights on forecasting, demand planning, product performance, and customer behavior.
Monitor KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
Develop automated reports and workflows to improve data accessibility.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
13 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, market research (manufacturing or medical industry experience is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling).
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP systems (Kinetic preferred), or database tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, C#, or R for data extraction, cleaning, and automation.
Comfortable analyzing large datasets and communicating insights clearly.
Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
