The Opportunity: Co-founder, Senior Full Stack MERN Engineer (React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, CSS)

SQOR.ai is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who lives and breathes React, Node.js, TypeScript, and who ideally also loves Front End precision... to join our core team. This is a direct contributor role, where you'll build polished functionality and high-performance user interfaces fast for our AI for Business Intelligence platform. Your work will define how users experience the future of AI-powered analytics.

Position Overview:

Were looking for a Full Stack capable engineer who is confident with front-end to also own the UI layerfrom building reusable components to perfecting layout, animation, and flow. Youll work closely with Design and Product to bring ideas to life quickly and beautifully.You should be a CSS badass. You should love react.js and node.js. And if youre the kind of person who notices the pixel thats offor takes joy in seamless animations and fast load timesyoure exactly who were looking for.

Compensation

This is a full-time, co-founder-level opportunity, offering approximately 1% of the company on an Equity-Only basis for a short while. There are 18 of us here exactly the same given the opportunity that this company has. We fully expect salaries in the 1st Quarter as revenue and funding milestones are met, which is very close. Our pipeline for sales at the moment is approaching $20MM in revenues and we have Proof of Concepts in the hands of multiple potential clients.

The Right Person:

- You specialize in full stack development and love shipping clean, high-performance UIs

- You move fast and take pride in perfecting user experiences and avoiding the introduction of regressions

- You're a confident expert in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and CSS, and can build fast

- Youre intuitive about what makes interfaces usable, elegant, and powerful

- You work well with design and product teams, and youre proactive in pushing UX forward

Responsibilities:

- Build and iterate on back and front-end features using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js and CSS

- Implement Google One Tap Authentication, OAuth, Stripe, Google Analytics, and other third party tools as required

- Translate designs and concepts into fast, clean, scalable front-end code

- Ensure all pages are pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant

- Optimize for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a senior full-stack engineer

- Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, CSS

- Deep understanding of endpoints, component design, front-end performance, and scalability

- Experience with modern animation libraries and UI polish (a plus)

- Strong intuition for design and UXeven if youre not a designerPreferred Qualifications:

- A portfolio of engineering work showcasing technical excellence in SaaS

- Startup experience or work in high-speed environments
