Were seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer with deep experience in full-stack development, distributed systems, and cloud technologies. Youll lead a team of engineers in building scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that influence how enterprise services are built, integrated, and scaled across the organization.

What Youll Lead and Deliver:

• Guide engineering execution across key enterprise-wide initiatives using full-stack technologies and microservices architecture
• Own the design and delivery of cloud-native solutions that leverage AWS and cutting-edge tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycledesign, implementation, CI/CD, observability, and beyond
• Mentor a team of software engineers while championing modern engineering practices, technical excellence, and innovation
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering leadership to shape platform strategy and execution
• Contribute to open-source frameworks and participate in technical communities, both internally and externally

Tech Youll Use:

• Languages: Java, Python, Node.js, Go, Scala, SQL
• Cloud: AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure
• Tools & Frameworks: Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Serverless, Kafka, Redis
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
• Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven, API-first

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Preferred:
• Masters degree
• 9+ years in backend or full-stack development (Java, Python, Go, Node.js, Scala)
• 3+ years designing and deploying cloud infrastructure (especially AWS)
• 4+ years working with open-source frameworks
• Experience managing or mentoring engineers
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
