We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize applications, modules, workflows, and forms within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules as needed.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or MID Servers.
  • Maintain and update ServiceNow scripts (business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies/actions).
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and regular maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed in development and configuration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) a plus.
