    • Lead scope and design efforts, identifying components and estimating associated work.
    • Guide team towards effective, timely solution delivery in alignment with program methodologies.
    • Leverage technical expertise and domain knowledge to analyze business problems, offering insights that influence decision making and shape business solutions.
    • Develop solutions that exhibit the highest levels of quality and performance, supported by manual and automated testing processes.
    • Evaluate, recommend, promote, and advocate for tools, techniques, and solution patterns that enhance efficiencies and drives improvements in system and business outcomes.
    • Coach, mentor, and assist team members as they work their tasks, grow their skills, and align around team outcomes.
    • Respond quickly and effectively to system issues, troubleshooting challenging and complex defects and design problems.
    • Serve as a technical liaison across teams and exhibit effective communication and collaboration skills to facilitate seamless
    • cooperation, escalating risks and issues to leadership as appropriate.
    • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and capabilities.

  • What it Takes:
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
    • Expert in relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies.
    • Knowledge of software architecture, design principles, scalability, and performance optimization.
    • Strong communication & collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
    • Recognizes inefficiencies in product and processes and proactively seeks solutions to address.
