This job is for a Senior Software Engineer with 5-8 years of experience specializing in AWS and Azure cloud development.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Cloud Platforms: Proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure application development, including their respective development toolsets.
- Programming: Proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language, with Python being a must-have, especially with AWS (Spark and Glue).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices like Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency, and security.
- Overall Software Lifecycle: Working proficiency across the entire software engineering discipline, from business analysis and development to testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.
- Content Migration: Experience with content migration is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, set up, and optimize the AWS platform (especially for eGain migration), ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Write software code, including Python widgets, for production systems.
- Analyze complex datasets.
- Investigate new approaches to business problems and products.
- Collaborate with project managers to align roles with migration requirements.
Nice-to-haves:
- Recent client experience.
- eGain experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
