Youll work with complex data to develop and maintain essential reporting, learn new business concepts, and build relationships with business partners outside the team. In this role, youll develop subject-matter expertise, and handle diverse work content, and interact with various business and process leaders in and outside of the Claims organization.Remote work allowed.Must-have Qualifications
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology
Intermediate skills in Tableau or Power BI software
Intermediate SQL and SAS, R, or Python programming skills and the ability to create programs
Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
Intermediate computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel - including the ability to create, manipulate, and formulate spreadsheets - including v-look-up, tables, charts, and graphing
Compensation
$79,200 - $127,700/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
