This notice is being provided as a result of the filing of an Application for Permanent Alien Labor Certification. Position: Application Analyst/Business Analyst

Location: 93 Gilmore Drive, Sutton, MA 01590

Duties: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Administering training on numerous topics using classroom and/or TEAMS environment. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with internal and external clients and managerial staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Understanding of interface methodology, design, and scheduling.

Minimum education and experience required: Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Engineering or related field plus 3 years of software engineering experience or related experience.

Skills required: Visual Basics for Applications (VBA) programming skills for maintaining and developing in-house engineering tools; SharePoint administration for maintaining department websites; PowerAutomate platform skills for developing and maintaining workflows on business and engineering processes; Excel interface with multiple SAP modules using Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) standards; Structured query language (SQL) programming to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases; Microsoft Visio to detail business processes, process diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams; and batch programming to run scheduled maintenance programs for the back-end systems and databases. Employer will accept any amount of graduate coursework, graduate research experience or professional experience with the required skills.

Rate of pay: $103,792.00/year
