Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on FSL. This role demands deep technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead complex, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce FSL solutions tailored to business needs
Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce FSL implementations, enhancements, and integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Define and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and data models
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and platform limitations
Perform code and design reviews, and support deployment planning
Act as the SME for Field Service Lightning functionalities and capabilities
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2+ years in an Architect role
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and systems
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or FSL Consultant are highly preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. W2 only (no C2C or 1099)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)
Agile/Scrum project experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
