Role Overview

As a Founding Senior Software Engineer, you'll work across the full stack, developing scalable backend services, intuitive frontends, and infrastructure that powers millions of AI-driven calls. Youll be at the heart of our innovation, building and launching critical product features that redefine how businesses use voice AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Ship Design and deliver core product features for our AI voice platform, including real-time monitoring, analytics, and telephony integrations.
• Full-Stack Development Work across the stack (Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript) to build scalable, high-performance applications.
• Architect & Scale Design reliable systems that support millions of calls and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Customer-Centric Innovation Work closely with users to refine features and deliver best-in-class voice AI solutions.
• Optimize & Automate Improve internal tooling, testing frameworks, and deployment workflows to boost engineering efficiency.

Who You Are

• Elite Background Bachelors degree in CS/CE/EE from a top-tier university.
• FAANG Experience 1+ years at a leading tech company, demonstrating technical excellence.
• Voice AI Enthusiast Experience with AI-driven voice products or a passion for conversational AI.
• Full-Stack Expertise Strong experience in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Ownership Mentality Comfortable leading projects, making technical decisions, and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments Ability to move fast, adapt quickly, and juggle multiple priorities in a startup setting.
• Strong Collaboration Skills Works well with designers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless user experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $200K - $310K
• Equity: 0.50% - 1.0%
• Bonus: $20K - $100K
• Location: Redwood City (H1B & Green Card sponsorship available)
