Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager - GTM Partnerships. The Technical Program Manager will help drive the Go to Market and product strategy, enabling us to execute quickly and scale the program to more connectors supporting tens of thousands of users.Responsibilities:* Collaborate with all of functional teams - GTM Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support - to develop and manage strategy and execution related to company integrations* The Technical Program Manager will help grow this new function and team, which will continue to scale as we grow into new products and markets* Work cross-functionally to develop the requirements and processes for company integrations* Project manage technical, go to market, and support requirements across first, second, and third party integrations* Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across team activities and deliverables* Managing relationships and maintaining contracts with partner development outsources* Telemetry data/KPIs - track usage - reporting out on usage/success* The Technical Program Manager will collect user feedback/compile input to roadmap* Third party integrations - best practices, playbooks, collaboration with GTM partnerships* Certified in Project Management or 5-7+ years of experience managing technology programs, partner programs, and/or operations, preferably at a high growth technology company (hardware or software)* Experience defining and executing Go To Market strategy and/or enablement strategy (both internal and external)* Strong written skills with direct or adjacent Marketing experience* Experienced in management of X-functional stakeholders* A track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have transformed their company's operations and delivered quantifiable business impact* Track record of providing program management during all phases of a project, from kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership* Able to drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions* Experience in program/project management, working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a high-tech, fast-paced/startup environment* Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones* Experience presenting to senior management* Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and a track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results* Experience working within a high-growth, technology company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly* Subject matter expertise in commerce/retail and/or CRM/ERP/IPaaS is a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
