Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL.Key Responsibilities:* Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations* Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables* Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies* Establish and coordinate project teams* Direct and oversee the project team* Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation* Manage project budgets* Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans* Manage project changes to achieve project goals* Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders* Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable* Participate in quality audits * Develop Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable* Waterfall and Agile Methodology: Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed; Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies* Vendor Management: Experience with Vendor contracts management; Experience with and Vendor package implementations; Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams* Technical: Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects; General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects; Understanding of core infrastructure* Executive presence and effective communication: Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team; Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish; Excellent planning and coordination skills
