Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager/Scrum Master in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.Duties:* Salesforce Project Manager/Scrum Master will lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives* Ensure that each ceremony is productive and time-efficient, helping the team remain focused on their goals* Assist the product owner and team in defining clear sprint goals and planning tasks to meet those goals* As a Salesforce Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will act as a liaison between the Scrum team and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts and address dependencies* Ensure that the team has the resources and support needed to successfully complete their tasks* Must have salesforce knowledge* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
