Kforce has a client in need of a Salesforce Architect in Boston, MA.Responsibilities:* Salesforce Architect will serve as a principal architect, providing technical leadership and guidance for Salesforce solutions * Develop scalable architectural designs aligned with evolving needs* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable designs* Oversee integration of Salesforce with various external systems and APIs* Conduct system audits, performance evaluations, and architectural reviews* As a Salesforce Architect, you will stay updated on Salesforce advancements and incorporate innovative solutions to optimize the platform* Drive adoption across the organization by assisting with OCM activities and strategic initiatives* Participate in release management, change management, and deployment processes* Active Salesforce certifications* 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions* Extensive experience defining system architecture, assessing current-state gaps, and delivering future-state solutions aligned with business goals* Expertise in multi-system integrations, APIs, and enterprise-scale architecture design* Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, including complex configurations, code development, and app design* Experience in data modeling, data management best practices, and enterprise-level reporting strategies* Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing rules, security architecture, and SSO implementation* Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders and leading development teams in Agile environments* Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.* Experience with Agile methodologies and running projects on Agile
