Theyre hiring their first ML Engineer to design and deploy models powering features like real-time audio detection, GPT-based playbooks, and predictive conversation flows.
You might work on:
Real-time voice classification (human vs. voicemail vs. IVR)
LLM-powered smart funnels & sales playbooks
Predictive call modeling & conversation embeddings
What theyre looking for:
3+ years total experience (2+ in production ML)
Strong Python/PyTorch skills
Exposure to LLMs, audio ML, or few-shot learning
