Job Description: Senior Full-Stack Developer (W2 Only)Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with 8+ years of professional experience to join our team on a W2 basis. This role requires strong hands-on expertise across frontend, backend, and database layers, along with the ability to independently handle complex systems, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance legacy applications.
This position is W2 only (any valid work visa is acceptable). No C2C or third-party submissions will be considered.
Key Technical SkillsFrontend
- Extensive experience with Angular (v12+) and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of RxJS and state management concepts
- Expertise in building scalable, component-based UI architectures
- Performance optimization, routing, and lazy loading
- Form handling, validations, and unit testing (Jasmine/Karma)
Backend
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Express
- Strong background in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Knowledge of secure API development practices (CORS, input validation)
Database
- Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Expertise in writing optimized T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
- Strong understanding of relational database design and performance tuning
DevOps & Tools
- Git version control
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Pipelines)
- CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of frontend, backend, and database components
- Modernize and refactor legacy codebases
- Investigate and resolve production issues efficiently
- Develop and deploy new features following best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and QA teams
- Provide support during critical releases or high-priority incidents
